    Note

    We support "Company Call Recording" only; "On-demand recording" is not supported.

    1. Import users and set them to record before integrating Vonage Business Communications.

    2. Click Company settings > Data capture > Telephony systems.

    3. Click + Add telephony system.

    4. Select Vonage Business Communications.

    5. Click CONNECT.
