Change the call owner
Who can do this? and the current call owner
Occasionally, calls are attributed to the wrong owner. For example, this can happen when someone (an SDR) sets up a call on behalf of someone else (an AE). Change the call attribution in Gong so that the call is shown as part of the call owner’s deals, is used to calculate their call stats, and more.

Note
You can only change the call owner once the meeting has been recorded.

Go to the recorded call that you want to change the owner for and click on the Call Info tab.

At the bottom of this tab, you'll see a list of the participants with the call owner listed first. Click beside their name.

In the dialog that owns, start typing the name of the new call owner.

Click Next to confirm the new owner, then click Change. The change will effect various areas in Gong, including stats and call search. It make take a few minutes to implement.
