Troubleshooting native Zoom recording setup test
To pass the test, make sure:

You have a Business or Enterprise Zoom account.
Go to https://zoom.us/account

That the Cloud recording and Automatic recording settings are unlocked on the account level, or for specific groups in Zoom that include all Gong users you want to set up native recording for.

For the account settings go to to Account Settings > Recording tab: https://zoom.us/account/setting?tab=recording

For the groups settings go to Admin > Group Management: https://zoom.us/account/group#/, and click your group's name and open the Recording tab.
