In this article, learn how to create a couple of common custom reports.
Number of meetings with the customer
Set up a report with the following parameters:
Set the Report Type to Conversations with Primary Account.
Group rows by Primary Account.
Set Gong Count to Summarize > Sum.
Apply any relevant filters, as desired. For example, Customer Type, Location, Conversation Scope, Conversation Primary Owner, and so on.
Duration of early stage calls, per rep
Set the Report Type to Conversations.
Group rows by Primary User.
Set Duration (Sec.) to Summarize > Average.
Apply any relevant filters, as desired. For example, Opportunity Stage at the time of the call, Started, Conversation Scope, and so on.
Report the amount of calls made to a specific contact within a specific time frame
View and analyse the number of Gong calls made to a contact within a specific time frame:
Use the Conversations with Participants report
Filter to Participant Type = Contact (external)
Group the report by participant email
Apply time filters to the call dates
