Gong scorecards analysis
Get details of how scorecards are being used in your company, who fills in the most cards, who fills in the least, which reps score highest and which reps need coaching. Use the dashboard to identify the reps who need more feedback, and the managers who should be giving more feedback. The reports included in the dashboard are:

Top users to score a call: shows the people who filled in the most scorecards over the last 30 days

Scoring done per month by manager: shows how many scorecards managers filled in each month in the last two fiscal quarters

Top users to get scored: shows the people who scored the highest in scorecards filled in for their calls in the last 30 days

Bottom users to score a call: shows the people who filled in the least scorecards over the last 30 days

Top scorecards: shows which types of scorecards were filled in the most over the last 30 days

Bottom users to get scored: shows the people who scored the lowest in scorecards filled in for their calls in the last 30 days

Users with highest avg overall score: shows the people with the highest average score over the last 30 days

Users with the lowest avg overall score: shows the people with the lowest average score over the last 30 days

Managers avg. scores over time: shows the average score given monthly by each manager over the last two fiscal quarters

Reps avg. scores over time: shows the average score received monthly by each rep over the last two fiscal quarters

Scorecards given over time: shows the total number of scorecards given in you company each month over the last two fiscal quarters
Economic pulse
This dashboard shows data on how current economic considerations are affecting your sales. The reports give details such as how often this comes up in calls, the potential amount in your pipeline affected by this, and whether there has been a change in the win rate over time.

You must have the Economic pulse tracker enabled for this dashboard to display data.
The dashboard includes the following reports:

Economic pulse rate in conversations over time: shows the percentage of conversations economic pulse tracker terms came up in conversations in the current and previous fiscal quarter.

$ pipeline impacted by Economic Pulse: shows the total amount of all opportunities where economic pulse tracker terms were mentioned so that you can evaluate risk to your pipeline.

Economic Pulse - Impacted Opportunities by Stage: Shows a breakdown of the stage different opportunities were in when economic pulse terms were mentioned, together with the total amount of the opportunities.

Economic Pulse - Impacted Industries: shows the number of opportunities per industry where the economic pulse tracker terms were mentioned together with the month the opportunity started.

Economic Pulse - Impacted Account Types: shows the number of times the economic pulse tracker terms were mentioned by different types of accounts, such as customers or prospects.

Overall win rate per Q: shows the percentage of deals won in the current and previous fiscal quarter.
