Enable pre-call emails
Automatically send pre-call emails to external invitees 10 minutes before the call, reminding them about the call and letting them know that it will be recorded. The email is sent for all recorded calls, including calls recorded with native Zoom recording, calls scheduled via the Gong homepage, and calls recorded by adding the Gong assistant.
To enable pre-call emails, click Company settings > Data capture > Recording Consent. Open an existing profile or add a new one and scroll to the Pre-call email section.
To edit the email content, click Show Settings.
From here, you can customize the language, email header, sender name, email body, signature and legal footer. You can also show your company logo, and add a link to your company privacy policy.
