See your calls
See recent calls in the Conversations area on your home page. You can see calls in progress, being processed, and imported, as well as calls in which the recording was canceled or skipped.

My calls: Recent calls you participated in, up to 7 days back

Team: Recent calls your manager and people reporting to them participated in, up to 100 calls from up to 27 days back

Company: Recent calls hosted by your company, up to 100 calls

My streams: Calls from the last 7 days that were collected in streams you're subscribed to

Listen later: Calls that you've marked Listen later
In the top right corner, click View upcoming calls to open a tab on the right with upcoming calls for you, your team and your com. Click to choose from the following actions:

Show or hide skipped calls

Show or hide short calls (calls that are less than 2 minutes)
Click on any call to open its call page. From here you can listen to the call, see highlights, stats, comments, and more. If you've shared the call with customers, you can see if they've viewed it by clicking Shares & Views from the panel on the right side of the page.
