Make the most of your call recordings
Every conversation is recorded and analyzed so that you can review them and capture every detail. Use the recorded calls to up your game to the next level.
The ability to listen to yourself, to see how you really sound like and how a customer reacted to what you said is worth its weight in gold. Add to that Gong's analysis of the call (what topics were covered, etc.) and your performance stats, and your selling skills will skyrocket.
You'll receive an email after one of your calls was recorded (see Search for calls). After receiving the post-call email, go back into Gong and listen to the call to make notes of points of interest and action items. You can always mark a call to view it later (see Intro to the call page).
