Talkdesk
TalkDesk stores their calls behind an OAuth wall for security, therefore you need the following to integrate with Gong:

That call recordings are successfully pushed into Salesforce

That you sign in with a TalkDesk admin via Gong

This integration is connected via Salesforce.

You must be a TalkDesk admin to perform these steps.
Prereqs

Make sure that you are pushing Tasks by following the steps described in the Talkdesk "Logging Calls with the Salesforce CTI" help article.
You must now add the Call Duration field to the tasks:

Within Salesforce, go to your Setup page.

On the left, under Build, search for and click Task Page Layouts.

On the right, under Action, click Edit.

Locate the Call Duration field, and drag it to the Additional Information section on the layout.

Click Save.
After you start recording calls in Talkdesk, your tasks should look similar to this:

Click Company settings > Data capture > Telephony systems,

Click Add Telephony System and then Talkdesk.

Enter the User Name and a Password for your Talkdesk admin account.
The TalkDesk admin account must be able to access the Outreach Portal in TalkDesk, and all the relevant recordings.

In the Subdomain field, enter the string before your Talkdesk URL.
For example, if your URL is "company.talkdesk.com", your subdomain is "company".

Click Connect.
