Troubleshooting: Where's my email?

    Did you send or receive an email and expect to see it on the Deals page? Open the email, find the message ID or MIME message value, and we’ll provide diagnostics to help you understand the problem. 

    For Gmail, find the message ID.

    For O365, find the MIME message.
