Supported telephony systems
Gong is fully compatible with many telephony systems (dialers). Gong integrates with telephony systems by importing the audio itself, rather than joining and recording a meeting as done when integrating with web conferencing systems. You can connect to more than one account from Gong.

In your telephony system, enable recording for the relevant teams or users in order to record and import calls to Gong.

In Gong, ensure that your team members are set to import calls. For more details, see Add or edit a team member
