Troubleshooting: Recorder is showing up late

    Gong scans your calendar every 15 minutes - so if a call is scheduled right before it was started, it will, unfortunately, join late.

    Note

    Processing takes a few minutes after the scan itself.

    Workarounds to record a call immediately:

    • Schedule the call from the homepage. This bypasses the calendar. For details, see Record an impromptu call.

    • Invite the Gong assistant recording bot to your meeting. For more, see this.
