Change password

    Note

    The Change Password option is available when you click your username only if your company has enabled user and password authentication through Gong, and authentication is not done via enterprise single sign-on such as Okta.

    Password rules

    Your password should be 12 characters or more. It can be any combination of letters, numbers, and symbols (ASCII-standard characters only), and must include at least 3 of the following:

    • 1 uppercase character

    • 1 lowercase character

    • 1 digit

    • 1 special character

    Change your password

    1. Click your username and select Change Passord.

    2. Enter your current password and your new password.

    3. Re-enter your new password.

    4. click Change Password.
