Discover your new call page
We’ve redesigned the call page to give you a better, smoother experience. The new page creates a read-first experience, showing you the transcript and video side-by-side so it’s easier to understand what went on in the call. Other fixes make the page more logically organized, so you can access frequently used features more easily.
Note
This redesign is being rolled out over the next few months, so you may not see it in your Gong instance yet.
Elements that were once along the left side of the page are now aligned horizontally across the top left side of the screen. From here you can see:

The transcript is now alongside the video, so you can follow along easily while watching the video. Access it via the transcript tab. From here, you can translate the call into English if available. See more about transcript translation.
Ask anything now appears permanently along the top left side of the screen, for easy and quick access. In addition to using Gong AI, we'll also search for terms in the transcript, so you get more comprehensive results.
Search is now more visible and appears inside the transcript, so you can find the terms you're looking for quickly and conveniently. You can also copy the entire transcript from here, for easy sharing and analysis.
We’ve replaced the account capsule at the top of the page with an account activity panel that opens from the right. This aligns with the experience with what happens in the Conversations and Deals tabs, and making it easier for users to see at a glance what’s going on with their accounts.
The call title is can be edited from top of the page or via the Call info tab. From this tab, you’ll see everything you need to know about the call, including title, time, account, deal, and participants.
We’ve combined the experience for sharing snippets to include yellow indications in both video and transcript. Click on the scissors icon and you’ll see the selected part of the call in both the video and the transcript.
See call stats, including talk ratio, longest monologue, interactivity and more in the panel on the right side of the screen, alongside collaborative elements such as comments, scorecards and views.
