Delete a consent profile
Where to go: Company settings > Data capture > Recording consent
Who's this for?

Make sure that the profile is not assigned to anyone.

If assigned, you must first unassign it via the Team Members page.

In the Recording consent settings page, next to the name of the profile you want to delete, click
> Delete.

In the confirmation message, click DELETE.
