Add a consent profile
Where to go: Company settings > Data capture > Recording consent
Who's this for?
Customize the consent page, pre-call email, and audio prompt settings for each profile .
Note
Be sure to read this article if you make any changes to a consent page settings in a consent profile after it has been assigned.

In the Recording consent settings page, click Add profile.

Enter a name and description for the profile.

If using the Gong consent page:

To enforce the page, toggle to ON.

To use the pre-call email:

To enable the pre-call email, click Enable.

To enable the audio-prompt, click Enable.

Click ADD PROFILE.

To set as the default profile, in the Recording consent page, next to the name of the profile you want to set as profile go
> Set as default.
