Assign a consent profile

    Where to go: Company settings > People > Team members

    Assign consent profiles either when managing data capture settings for individuals and teams, or through automatic provisioning.

    Assign to individuals

    In the Team members page, when adding or editing a team member, select the relevant consent profile in the Consent Profile section.

    Assign to a team

    In your Team members page, click Team.png next to the name of the team's manager. Scroll down to Recording and consent and select the relevant consent profile.

    Assign through provisioning

    Click Company settings > People > Team member provisioning page, in a new or existing assignment, select the relevant consent profile in the Recording settings area.
